Role Description
The GWO Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs in accordance with the requirements of GWO standards (e.g., Basic Safety Training – Working at Heights, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid), while respecting the established learning objectives, methodology, and assessment criteria.

Activity Location and Conditions:

•  At the RenewAcad training center in Constanta
•  At other locations across the country, through the Mobile Training Facility (MTF)
• In controlled environments, using equipment specific to the wind energy industry

The role requires availability for national travel.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completed higher education studies
• Medically fit for working at heights and available for practical activities
• Availability for national travel (MTF)
• Advanced English level (teaching and documentation)
• Pedagogical skills and experience in delivering technical training
• Ability to organize and plan training activities
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

Considered an Advantage:

•  Experience in the wind industry (onshore / offshore)
• Valid GWO certifications
• Experience delivering courses in accordance with GWO standards
• Experience in the electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic field
• Additional certifications (first aid, working at heights, emergency response)

Responsabilities:

• Deliver courses in accordance with GWO standards and internal procedures
• Coordinate practical exercises (rescue operations, working at heights, emergency scenarios)
• Ensure that all activities are conducted under maximum safety conditions
• Assess trainees’ competence in line with GWO criteria
• Complete and maintain training-related documentation
• Ensure the preparation, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, including within the MTF
• Collaborate with the HSE department to maintain compliance
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement processes
