During the seventh edition of the EPG Summer School 2024, participants had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of RenewAcad and Monsson, the event hosts, to gain a deeper understanding of practices and innovations within the energy industry.

On the final day of the five-day program, attendees were privileged to explore the RenewAcad & Monsson headquarters, immersing themselves in the world of energy technology and innovations. This firsthand experience provided participants with a practical perspective on implementing the theoretical practices discussed during seminars and workshops throughout the summer school.

Activities included in the visit:

• Tour of Monsson/RENEWACAD headquarters: Participants explored the infrastructure and technological facilities used for managing and optimizing energy resources.
• Visit to BESS (Battery Energy Storage System): Attendees gained insights into the operation of battery energy storage systems, crucial for the efficient integration of renewable energies into distribution networks.
• Visit to wind turbines: A trip to the wind turbine park provided participants with a profound understanding of the technologies used in wind energy production.
