Proiectul RENEWJOBS sprijina participarea femeilor in domeniul energiilor regenerabile, un sector in care acestea sunt inca insuficient reprezentate.

Proiectul aplica teme orizontale privind egalitatea de sanse si asigura acces egal la formare pentru femei, inclusiv pentru cele aflate in reconversie profesionala.

Cursurile acopera domenii precum eolian si fotovoltaic , cu accent pe competente cerute pe piata muncii verzi.
